43431 VENTILE® GHOST Jacket with detachable Down padded lining. Stone Island Ghost pieces are based on the concept of camouflage and are totally monochromatic. Their STONE ISLAND badges have also been created in special monocolour versions to blend with the garment.

This Field Jacket is made of VENTILE®, an extremely high density, 100% cotton fabric, made with the longest and purest fibres, developed in Great Britain for British fighter pilots’ overalls during the Second World War. Although uncoated and non-laminated, its high density weave, as well as the swelling properties of the fibre when wet, provide an excellent weatherproof barrier. VENTILE® is an entirely natural product that offers a unique level of comfort as well as being windproof, highly breathable and very durable. VENTILE® is still used today by the British Antarctic Survey, NATO pilots, and +8000 metre expeditions.

Entirely heat-sealed. Two patch pockets on the front with windproof flap and hidden snap fastening. Two patch pockets on the chest with flap held by hidden snap fasteners and hidden zip fastening. We've just received our first delivery from the new Moncler V - Autumn Winter 2011 collection. The full collection includes outerwear, footwear, and accessories that feature fabrics and designs inspired by Visvim designer Hiroki Nakamura's visit to Tibet and surrounding areas in 2010.

The first items to arrive include a long sleeve henley sweatshirt with an asymmetric button closure placket, and a knitted wool crew neck sweater and cap - the weave and quality of the wool specifically designed to recreate the hand and weight of sweaters from the 1950's that were meant to be worn in the "elements" and features knitted patterns directly inspired by Nepalese blankets and their indigenous tribal patterns.
