Samurai Club Recycled Cotton Fleece Caps

Two new cap styles from Samurai Club made from their innovative recycled cotton fleece fabric. They've gathered remnant 100% cotton fleece yarns and re-spun and blended them to create a unique new fabric in a Dark Grey melange color. This long-staple cotton fleece with a thicker than average thread count gives a solid sense of volume but still light in texture. The rims are reinforced with lining on both models and thread eyelets were added for ventilation, sewn in a muted Red color for a subtle yet accented detail. 100% Cotton button down shirt woven with indigo rope dyed threads, not over dyed with indigo, featuring a watch pocket design and scalloped shirt hem. Samurai Jeans AI-OGSP Natural Indigo Ltd Ed.

A new Limited Edition from Samurai Jeans showcasing their original 17oz Organic cotton* heavy ounce Japanese selvage denim, shuttle loom woven with thick and uneven #5 yarns and Hank Dyed with Natural Indigo using 24 dyeing repetitions. Also features Organic Supima cotton chambray pocket bag linings. Only 200 pairs produced worldwide and Each pair is serial numbered. Comes with a special pouch made from Samurai original fabric cloth and denim and Packaged in special box with scattered Silver and Gold flake design. More details below and here

*Organic cotton is grown for a span of 3 years on farms without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, a rarity among traditional cotton growing techniques. There are strict criteria that must be followed to be certified as organic cotton free of fertilizers and pesticides.

Details include Gold-plated Samurai logo embossed Steel tack buttons, also Samurai logo embossed on the reverse side, Copper rivets and burrs, and exposed Selvage at the fly front underside,

Back pockets also lined with the Organic Supima cotton chambray fabric,

and Vermilion color selvage line threads dyed with Bengala (弁柄), also known as "Red Iron Oxide", an ancient dyestuff and the oldest coloring agent known to mankind.

Samurai S5000BK Re-stocked in all sizes

The Samurai S5000BK began as a limited edition model back in 2006 and have since become part of their regular line-up, yet even then are still only produced once every 2 years or so and in small quantities. Made from Samurai's Model "Zero" original 17oz Black raw selvage denim and cut in their S5000 silhouette with tonal Black top stitch detailing, Black coated steel tack buttons, and Copper rivets.

One unique aspect of the S5000BK is the denim's color dyeing process. The warp yarns are rope dyed in Black, and the cores of the yarns are left undyed as is common with most Japanese indigo dyed denim. This is what helps to create the exceptional fading patterns these denims are known for, by breaking off the top layer of color to expose the undyed cores beneath. So unlike non-rope dyed Black jeans which tend to just turn a Grey color all over with repeated wash and wear, the color fading properties of the S5000BK will be similar to those of Samurai's indigo denim jeans which crock and fade in areas of distress.

Studio D'Artisan - Heavyweight Loopwheel Tee

Loopwheel machine woven Tube Body T-shirts in Beige and Dark Red. All seams are joined together with a special 4-needle flat seam sewing machine that overlays the edges and allows for less seam allowance giving them a uniquely finished detail. This is the same sewing technique used on their sweatshirts yet seldom seen in a t-shirt design. 100% Cotton. Made in Japan. Available in store & online here
